Built by a Trade Veteran.
Designed for
Plant Builders.
We are a China-based automotive production solutions company founded by someone who spent 20 years inside the supply chain — and got tired of watching overseas assembly plants choose between overpriced European solutions and unreliable local traders. So we built the alternative.

Twenty Years Learning the Supply Chain. Now Using It for You.
"The problem was never the product. It was the gap between what overseas plants needed and what China's industry was willing to deliver — on time, on-site, with accountability."
Ease Fair was founded in Baoding, China — one of the country's most important automotive manufacturing hubs — after two decades working inside China's automotive export supply chain. Our founder spent those years building relationships with manufacturers, negotiating with factories, managing international logistics, and watching the same story repeat itself: overseas assembly plants, particularly in emerging markets, had no reliable way to access China's industrial capability at a fair price.
European equipment and components were the quality benchmark. But European prices were designed for Western market economics — often three to five times what an assembly plant in Egypt, Pakistan, or Southeast Asia could justify for a mid-volume production programme. Meanwhile, low-cost Chinese traders competed on price but couldn't provide the technical depth, engineering support, or on-site delivery that production-critical equipment demands.
Ease Fair was built to close that gap. We are not a trading company that sells equipment. We are a technical partner that delivers running production lines — and backs every delivery with our engineers on the ground.
Today, we work with overseas assembly plants and harness manufacturers across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Our longest supply relationship has been running continuously for over two years. Every project we have completed has a signed acceptance certificate. That is how we measure our track record.
What 20 Years Looks Like
Numbers we are comfortable putting in writing — because each one is backed by a delivery record, a client relationship, or a signed acceptance certificate.
How We Got Here
Two decades of building supply chain relationships, learning what overseas plants actually need, and developing the capability to deliver it.
Six Principles That Define Every Delivery
Not a mission statement written by a marketing team. These are the working principles that came from 20 years of getting things right — and occasionally learning the hard way.
Engineers Travel. Always.
For any significant equipment delivery, our Chinese technical team travels to your site. We commission, calibrate, and train your operators in person. A signed acceptance certificate — not an email saying "installation complete" — is how every project closes.
Quality Is Non-Negotiable.
We do not supply equipment or components we haven't verified. We will not offer a cheaper alternative if it compromises your production quality. If we can't meet your specification, we say so — and we would rather lose a sale than damage your line or your reputation.
Transparency Over Sales Talk.
We tell clients what we can and can't do. If our ADAS system hasn't been validated for your specific vehicle model, we tell you — and give you a timeline for doing so. If a part isn't available at the quality level you need, we don't substitute silently. We talk.
Long-Term Thinking, Not One-Off Sales.
Our best client relationships are measured in years, not invoices. A KD assembly plant that relies on us for BOM supply or equipment support is a partner — and we manage our supply chain and technical capacity to serve them reliably across production cycles, not just for a first order.
Fair Pricing. No Hidden Variables.
We price for a fair return and long-term relationships — not to extract maximum margin from a one-time transaction. Our quotations are itemised and fixed. We do not add surprise costs at delivery. The price you sign is the price you pay.
China's Expertise, Delivered Locally.
We operate from China — where the manufacturing capability, cost structure, and supply chain relationships are. But we deliver where our clients are. That combination — Chinese cost efficiency with on-site technical delivery — is the core of what we offer, and it is not something most Chinese exporters are willing or able to do.
The People Behind Every Delivery
A small, experienced team built around automotive industry expertise — not a large sales organisation. Every client relationship is managed directly by someone who understands the technical side of what we supply.
Our Engineers Go Where Chinese Brands Are Growing
We focus on markets where Chinese vehicle brands are actively expanding through KD/SKD assembly programmes — the same markets where demand for both production equipment and aftermarket parts is rising fastest.

If your market isn't listed, it doesn't mean we can't serve you. Chinese brand vehicles are growing in markets we haven't yet listed. Contact us — if there's a production plant or growing vehicle population that needs our solutions, we will make the delivery work.
Tell Us About Your Market →Four Commitments We Make to Every Client
These are not aspirations. They are the operating standards we hold ourselves to — and the things clients can hold us accountable for.
We Deliver What We Quoted
Every project begins with a fixed-price, itemised quotation. We do not add costs at delivery, change scope without your agreement, or substitute equipment without explicit approval. The quotation you sign is the project you receive.
Our Engineers Stay Until It Works
For equipment projects, our engineers remain on-site at your plant until the system is operational and your team can run it independently. We do not leave when the equipment is installed — we leave when you sign the acceptance certificate.
We Respond Within One Business Day
Every enquiry, whether it's a simple parts price request or a complex project consultation, receives a substantive response within one business day. Not an automated acknowledgement — a response from a person who can answer your question.
Your Supplier Information Stays Private
We sign NDAs before any sensitive technical or commercial discussion — and we honour them. Client plant details, BOM information, and technical specifications shared with us are used solely for the purpose of serving you. We do not share supplier relationships or client information with third parties.
What Clients Say After Working With Us
We publish client feedback with permission. Signed project acceptance certificates are available for review by qualified prospects on request.
"When we evaluated ADAS calibration solutions, the European brands were simply not within our investment budget for this project stage. Ease Fair proposed an equivalent technical solution and, critically, sent their own engineers to commission the system on-site. The calibration pass rate from day one exceeded our acceptance standard. I would recommend them to any plant facing the same challenge."
"We have been working with Ease Fair for component supply for over two years. What keeps us working with them is consistency — the same quality level, the same parts, delivered on the schedule we need to keep our production line running. When we have had urgent requests outside the normal cycle, they have always responded within the same day."
