for Chinese Brand Assembly Plant
The Challenge
A major Egyptian automotive assembly plant was preparing to launch production of a new Chinese brand model requiring ADAS end-of-line calibration. Their evaluation of European OEM solutions returned a capital investment requirement that was 2–3× their budget for this production stage. They needed equivalent measurement accuracy at a realistic cost — and an on-site partner who could commission the system and train their operators.

Every project starts with an itemised, fixed-price quotation. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before execution. The price you sign is the price you pay.
Factory acceptance test before shipment.
All equipment is built, assembled, and tested in China before shipping. You receive video documentation of the FAT. No surprises when the crates arrive at your dock.
Our engineers on-site until acceptance.
We commission, calibrate, and train your operators in person. We don't declare success and leave — we stay until you are satisfied and sign the acceptance certificate.
12-month warranty from acceptance sign-off.
All equipment projects carry a 12-month warranty from the date of your acceptance certificate. Remote diagnostic support within 4 business hours. Engineer dispatch for issues that can't be resolved remotely.
