All international OEM brand components we supply are genuine originals sourced through authorised distribution channels in China. We do not supply counterfeit, grey-market, or unapproved copies under any circumstances. We can provide purchase receipts and lot traceability documentation for any international OEM shipment. If you require a specific distributor or supply chain audit, contact us to discuss arrangements.

The qualified Chinese OEM suppliers on our panel (ZHC, Zhengyao, Zhongzhi) all supply to domestic Chinese vehicle OEMs and have passed relevant IATF 16949 or equivalent quality management certifications. The components meet the dimensional and mechanical specifications of the corresponding international brand items for the applications we recommend them for — specifically body, interior, and convenience circuits. We do not recommend Chinese OEM alternatives for airbag, ABS, or ADAS signal circuits without explicit customer review and approval. Samples are available on request for your QA team to evaluate.

Yes — this is exactly what most of our BOM supply relationships look like. A typical harness plant BOM contains TE housings for one section of the vehicle, KET for another, and Chinese OEM terminals throughout. We handle multi-brand BOMs as standard. Send us your BOM in whatever format you use and we will map each line item to the correct sourcing channel.

For international OEM brands, MOQ is determined by the distributor and varies by part — typically 100–1,000 pieces per line for standard connector housings, and reel quantities (typically 5,000–10,000 pieces) for terminals on tape. For Chinese OEM alternatives, MOQs are generally more flexible. For long-term BOM supply relationships, we can negotiate preferential MOQ terms. The most practical approach is to share your BOM and expected monthly quantities — we will structure the sourcing to minimise your inventory requirements.

CE certification on our infotainment SKD units covers electromagnetic compatibility (EMC / Radio Equipment Directive RED 2014/53/EU) and low voltage safety (LVD). The CE marking means the product has been tested and declared compliant with EU directives. We provide the Declaration of Conformity document and the relevant test reports with each shipment. Note that CE certification enables sale in EU and EEA countries and in markets that recognise CE marking, but does not automatically satisfy every country's type approval — if you need local vehicle homologation support, let us know your target market.

For established BOM supply relationships, we maintain a forward stock buffer against your rolling forecast — typically 4–6 weeks of demand — which means most urgent top-up orders can be fulfilled from existing stock within 5–7 business days. For new items or quantities beyond the buffer, lead time depends on supplier availability. Chinese OEM alternatives generally have shorter lead times (2–3 weeks) than international OEM brands (4–8 weeks from distribution).
